Turn conversations into text and tasks

MYNA turns meetings and voice messages into text. AI then creates draft minutes with discussion points, tasks and dates.

Your team can read the conversation and review the draft instead of writing all the minutes by hand.

From a recording to draft minutes

  1. RecordingApproved audio file
  2. TranscriptSpeech becomes text
  3. DraftOrganise points and actions
  4. ReviewYour team approves the minutes

In the conversation

Lea: “I’ll send the draft on Friday.”
Noah: “We still need to confirm the budget.”

Draft minutesAction: Lea sends the draft on Friday.
Open: budget not yet confirmed.

Fictional example. An open question stays open and is not presented as a decision.

Use meetings and voice messages

Record meetings in MYNA or provide an existing audio file in a supported format.

Inform participants before recording and obtain their agreement. Decide who may access the recording and transcript, and when both will be deleted.

Example — an HR discussion: The recording includes information about an employee’s health. Agreement to recording does not automatically authorise uploading it to any online transcription service. Clarify the purpose and recipients. FADP: Articles 6 and 9

The benefit: The conversation stays in your company

MYNA processes the recording, speech recognition and summary entirely locally. Internal financial figures, customer details and personnel matters are not sent to an external AI service.

Cloud transcription gives the provider your recording. Check storage, deletion and training use before uploading. The Swiss NCSC recommends checking sensitive content before entering it and using available training opt-outs. NCSC: AI and business data (DE)

A paid subscription alone is not enough. Our guide to cloud licences explains the differences.

How to improve the transcript

  • Place the microphone close to speakers.
  • Reduce background noise and echo.
  • Speak one at a time where possible.
  • Check names, technical terms and numbers.

We test Swiss German with your recordings. Dialect and audio quality affect speech recognition.

Review and approve the minutes

Give the AI a clear instruction:

“Draft minutes with decisions, tasks and dates. Name responsible people only if they were identified in the conversation. Mark missing information as open.”

Check commitments, names, numbers and dates before sharing. An idea discussed must not appear as an agreed decision.

A short recording you know well is enough for a first test.
