Common product questions
How does MYNA setup work?
The MYNA Box is delivered preconfigured. After unpacking it, connecting power and ethernet, and logging in with the admin account, users can be added and the system is ready for local use.
Is MYNA an on-premise AI solution?
Yes. MYNA runs on dedicated hardware inside your local network. Technically this is an on-premise AI setup, without requiring your team to build and maintain a complex AI stack from scratch.
Does MYNA need a cloud connection?
In normal operation MYNA runs only inside the local network. When needed, we can install model updates through a secure temporary VPN connection.
Do our data stay local?
Documents, prompts, and day-to-day usage stay inside the customer network during normal operation. There is no default cloud workflow for day-to-day use.
What does MYNA cost?
MYNA is available as a purchase model or all-in-one rental. With purchase, the MYNA Box costs CHF 3,000 for 2 users, CHF 5,000 for 5 users, or CHF 10,000 for 10 users as a one-time hardware purchase; the MYNA Subscription adds CHF 30, CHF 75, or CHF 150 per month. As an all-in-one rental, MYNA costs CHF 349, CHF 549, or CHF 999 per month including hardware and software.
What does the monthly subscription include?
The monthly subscription covers use of the MYNA software, tested model updates, hardware-specific optimization, and continued system improvement. In the all-in-one rental, hardware and software are bundled into one monthly fee. Because models are evolving quickly, we handle the tuning, optimization, and testing on the delivered hardware.
What happens if we cancel the subscription?
With the purchase model, the delivered installation remains usable. However, future tested model updates, hardware-specific optimization, and ongoing system care from MYNA stop at that point. For the all-in-one rental, duration, notice period, and return details are defined in the offer.
