We discuss your current situation or the results from our configurator. Together, we look at one specific task you would like AI to help with. You get our assessment of which approach makes sense, what it requires and whether we can help you put it into practice.

What you receive

• An assessment of your use case: Where AI can help, its limitations and any questions still to resolve.
• A recommendation with clear reasoning: Which direction fits your needs, whether an existing AI service, a local assistant or a tailored solution.
• A practical next step: What you can do yourself and where support would be useful.

After the call, you receive a short email summary of the key points.

AI workshop

1 day · On site

We visit your company and identify the tasks and processes where AI can make a real difference. You can try different models, assistants and features directly on our MYNA Box. By the end, you have a practical plan for your AI infrastructure and how to get there.

What you receive

• Prioritised use cases: Which tasks are suitable, what benefits you expect and how to measure them.
• Hands-on experience with AI systems: Try different solutions and experience how they differ in usability and capabilities.
• An overview of the data needed: Which files, systems and access permissions your assistant requires.
• A proposed solution: Which models, software and infrastructure make sense for your company.
• An implementation plan: Practical next steps, responsibilities and an initial assessment of the effort involved.

We document the workshop results for you.

We first use the 30-minute consultation to check whether we can help. The CHF 50 consultation fee is fully credited towards your workshop.

AI integration

3 months · Implement together

We implement your tailored solution at your premises. For the duration of the project, we provide a MYNA Box as a local test environment. We use it to build your infrastructure and test the assistant together with your team.

At the end of the project, you decide where your solution will run: on a MYNA Box at your premises or on suitable cloud infrastructure.

What you receive

• Your solution, built to the agreed plan: A configured assistant with the defined features, data connections and system integrations.
• Testing and refinements: You test with real tasks. Together, we improve the solution within the agreed project scope.
• A MYNA Box as a local test environment: Your confidential data is processed at your premises for the duration of the project. External services are connected only by agreement.
• A handover ready for daily use: Team onboarding, documentation and transfer to the agreed local or cloud environment.

Continued use of the MYNA Box or cloud infrastructure, along with maintenance and support, is agreed separately.

To keep your custom AI assistant working reliably day to day, we take care of maintenance and help with technical questions.

We agree on the scope of support to suit your infrastructure. Extensions and new integrations are planned as separate projects.
