We’re Jannis and Elia, the founders of MYNA in Kloten, Switzerland. Our experience in hardware, software and user experience led us to develop the MYNA Box and MYNA App. Today, we use that foundation to build AI solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Our goal: a solution that understands your work and can grow with your business.

Co-Founder
Elia has an IT background with a strong focus on user experience and interface design. His focus is making MYNA straightforward and useful in everyday work.
We built the MYNA Box to explore the latest AI capabilities in a secure, controlled environment. Now we want to make that same opportunity available to you.
You don’t need to reorganise your company to start working with AI. We set up the MYNA Box and connect it to the tools you already use. Initially, it receives read-only access to connected applications. Together, we assess whether write access makes sense for each use case.
Your MYNA assistant automatically builds your MYNA Workspace from the files and tools you connect it to. It brings information together, organises your company knowledge, documents the tools available to it and keeps developing that foundation as you work together. In a fully local configuration, this happens directly on your MYNA Box: your data stays with you and does not need to be shared with external AI providers for this work.
You can start locally and expand later. Use different models, connect more tools or move from the box to the cloud. We build the foundation to keep those options open.
Together, we decide where your data goes and who can access it.
We get to know your work where it happens. With your team, we choose useful tasks, set up the solution and try it in everyday work. Ongoing support and development are available by agreement.
We build MYNA to support businesses and people in their everyday work. For ethical reasons, we do not work with clients in the military or defence sector.
An individual chat often only contains the information you have added to it. We configure an assistant with a shared workspace: it can access approved files and earlier conversations to continue your work. We agree its tasks with you.
No. That is what the initial consultation and workshop are for. We start with your tasks and information, then choose the technology that fits.
No. The MYNA Box is our option for local AI at your company. We can also set up your assistant on a cloud server and connect it to suitable model providers.
We establish what information the assistant needs and who may access it. With a fully local configuration, data and AI processing can stay on your premises. We discuss external services and associated data flows before setup.
Together, we identify where relevant information lives, prepare it for the assistant and configure the required connections. Scope and access permissions are part of that planning.
