Your documents stay on your premises
MYNA processes documents and prompts on the box in your own network, instead of sending them to a cloud AI service. Your team can work with sensitive internal material without uploading it to an external AI provider.
Zero per-token charges
You pay for your chosen MYNA package, with no token-based usage bill. Token usage is unmetered; the box’s compute capacity determines how much work it can process at once.
Unlimited user accounts, no seat licences
MYNA does not cap the number of user accounts or charge per seat. The 2, 5 and 10-user recommendations help you choose compute capacity for expected simultaneous use, because not everyone asks the assistant a question at the same time.
Hardware, software, support and maintenance together
MYNA brings four parts of the service together under one provider. Compared with a bespoke on-premise project assembled from separate components, our plug-and-play package reduces the setup and coordination your team needs to manage.

The team behind MYNA
MYNA was founded in 2026 by Jannis Erni and Elia Rohrbach, who both have experience in the Swiss startup scene. The idea grew from a simple observation: companies want to use AI with sensitive data without sending it to the cloud; conversations with lecturers and companies helped shape the complete local system.

How does MYNA setup work?
The MYNA Box is delivered preconfigured. After unpacking it, connecting power and ethernet, and logging in with the admin account, users can be added and the system is ready for local use.
Is MYNA an on-premise AI solution?
Yes. MYNA runs on dedicated hardware inside your local network. Technically this is an on-premise AI setup, without requiring your team to build and maintain a complex AI stack from scratch.
Does MYNA need a cloud connection?
In normal operation MYNA runs only inside the local network. When needed, we can install model updates through a secure temporary VPN connection.
Do our data stay local?
Documents, prompts, and day-to-day usage stay inside the customer network during normal operation. There is no default cloud workflow for day-to-day use.
Can I use the AI power of the MYNA Box in other software?
Yes. You can publish a custom API inside your local network and manage access with API keys. This allows approved internal software to use the MYNA Box without making the service publicly accessible.
What does MYNA cost?
MYNA is available as an all-in-one rental for CHF 399, CHF 699 or CHF 1,299 per month. Alternatively, buy the box for CHF 2,999, CHF 4,499 or CHF 7,499 and add the MYNA subscription for CHF 30, CHF 75 or CHF 150 per month, respectively. These tiers are recommended for 2, 5 or 10 concurrent users, with unlimited user accounts and no per-token charges.
What does the monthly subscription include?
The monthly subscription covers use of the MYNA software, tested model updates, hardware-specific optimization, and continued system improvement. In the all-in-one rental, hardware and software are bundled into one monthly fee. Because models are evolving quickly, we handle the tuning, optimization, and testing on the delivered hardware.
What happens if we cancel the subscription?
With the purchase model, the hardware remains yours; the right to use MYNA software ends with the subscription. After backing up your data and completing the agreed reset, you can keep using the box as a standard Linux computer. For the all-in-one rental, the offer sets out return and data-export arrangements.
How many users can use a MYNA Box?
You can create unlimited user accounts, with no per-seat charge or token quota. We recommend a tier based on expected simultaneous usage; available compute, model size and workload determine throughput and response times.
